Tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Product Features: *The tube ice looks like hollow cylinder. Tube ice outer diameter is 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm; tube ice length: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. The inner diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time. Usually it's between 5~10mm. *The mainframe asopts SUS304 stainless steel. It can put the food directly into the prduction room which cover a small area, low production cost, high frozen efficiency, save energy, short installation period and easy to operate. *The ice is quite thick and crystal, beautiful, long storage, not easy to melt and fine permeability. *Main application: daily using, vegetable fresh-keeping, pelagic fishery fresh-keeping, chemical processing, building projects and other places need to use ice. Features of tube ice machine: 1.Sanitary edible tube ice: The tube ice is cutting flat and even,and it can be directly edible or used to freeze drinks in cafe,bar,and restaurant. 2.Tube ice size: The length of tube ice is 25~42mm,three kinds of external diameters for your choice: 22,28 and 35mm,and the outside diameters is usually about 5mm~10mm. 3.Perfect design and easy operation: The machine has compact structure,which takes less area,and once connected with water and power supply,it can be put into production. 4.Full automatically: The whole ice making process is automatically controlled by PLC controller,and the thickness,as well as the length of the ice tube is also controlled automatically. 5.Evaporator: The evaporator is adopt stainless steel and with special heat treatment,the ice machine has better thermal performance. 6.Healthy: All the metal of the ice machine that touch with water are 304 stainless steel, impurities will be discharged through the water circulating bin. 7.Certification: As for the tube ice machine,we got CE/ISO9001/ISO10004 certification.
